Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 1948. In 1963-1965 he started his first art studies at an early age at the “Massana” School in Barcelona, Spain. In 1971-1973 attended the Fine Arts Circle and the Arts and Crafts School in Madrid. In the year 1974 he attended Painting and Sculpture Restoration at the Paul Coremans Institute in Mexico City, Mexico. In 1973-2012 he has presented 15 one -man exhibitions and collaborated in many group exhibitions, as well as extensive participation in competitions, biennales, and cultural exchanges with Mexico, France, United States of America and Spain.

In 1974-2012 his art has appeared both nationally and internationally as scenic designer in operas, ballets, musicals and international theater and music festivals in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; Mexico City, Mexico; Toronto, Canada; Havana, Cuba; Quito, Ecuador; Braunau Austria; and London, Biography Jose Miura England.

Nació en Santo Domingo, República Dominicana en 1948. En 1963-1965 comenzó sus primeros estudios de arte a una edad temprana en la escuela de “Massana” en Barcelona, España. En 1971-1973 atendió la Escuela de Artes en Madrid. En 1974 participó en el Instituto de Paul Coremans, Ciudad de México, México en pintura y escultura.

En 1973-2012 ha presentado 15 exposiciones individuales y ha colaborado en muchas exposiciones colectivas. Así mismo ha participado en extensas competiciones, bienales, e intercambios culturales con México, Francia, los Estados Unidos de América y España. Entre los años de 1974 al 2012 su arte ha aparecido nacional e internacionalmente como diseñador escénico en óperas, los ballets clásicos, los musicales y teatro, y en los festivales internacionales de la música en Santo Domingo, República Dominicana; Ciudad de México, México; Toronto, Canadá; La Habana, Cuba; Quito, Ecuador; Braunau, Austria; y Londres, Inglaterra.
