Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 1948. In 1963-1965 he started his first art studies at an early age at the “Massana” School in Barcelona, Spain. In 1971-1973 attended the Fine Arts Circle and the Arts and Crafts School in Madrid. In the year 1974 he attended Painting and Sculpture Restoration at the Paul Coremans Institute in Mexico City, Mexico.
In 1973-2012 he has presented 15 one -man exhibitions and collaborated in many group exhibitions, as well as extensive participation in competitions, biennales, and cultural exchanges with Mexico, France, United States of America and Spain.
In 1974-2012 his art has appeared both nationally and internationally as scenic designer in operas, ballets, musicals and international theater and music festivals in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; Mexico City, Mexico; Toronto, Canada; Havana, Cuba; Quito, Ecuador; Braunau Austria; and London, Biography Jose Miura England.
